Join ATD Arizona for a day of learning, disruption, and the development of skills that help you build relevance within the industry and your organization.

Our own Jess Almlie will kick off our day with a dynamic hands-on session, where you’ll explore what it means to make the critical shift from learning specialist to strategic business partner. You’ll learn a practical five-part framework to deepen your business understanding, assess your own business fluency, identify gaps, and discover creative ways to learn more about your organization from the inside out.

In the afternoon we will take Jess’s session and have multiple conversations that will give us the tools needed to implement these skills in our own environment.

BONUS

Each attendee will also receive a copy of Jess’s new book L&D Order Taker No More! Become a Strategic Business Partner.
